Service fees

Our service fees cover third-party business consultancy and administrative assistance, not official government charges. Any government fees are explained separately from our service fees. Customers may pay the relevant authorities directly or authorise us to pay on their behalf. The amounts and payment arrangements are confirmed before the service begins.

粵港兩地往來日益頻繁，確保兩地車牌批文卡（即《粵港澳機動車輛往來及駕駛人駕車批准通知書》）處於有效狀態，是順暢通關的基礎。根據粵港澳三地自2024年11月起實施的便利措施，批文卡續期流程已大幅簡化，車主可在有效期屆滿前60天內，甚至已過期時辦理延期手續。

續期辦理方式多元，便捷高效

  • 線上申請，雙向速遞
    車主可登入廣東省公安廳交通管理局政務網站（http://gdga.gd.gov.cn/gac_net/）申請延期，並選擇郵政EMS雙向速遞服務，足不出戶即可完成辦理。新批文卡將於3-5個工作日内送達。
  • 自助終端，即辦即取
    廣州及珠海設有“粵港澳兩地牌自助服務一體機”，車主可自助操作，繳費後當場領取新卡，實現“即到即辦”。
  • 窗口辦理，穩妥可靠
    企業員工、法人或備案司機可備齊資料，預約後前往廣東省公安廳交管局車管辦證大廳窗口辦理。

    香港運輸及物流局已公布，自2025年10月1日起，跨境車輛封閉道路通行許可證將推出電子許可證；自2026年1月1日起，其最長有效期將由12個月大幅延長至60個月（五年），此舉將為車主節省大量時間與費用。
  • 司機名額
    每輛粵港澳兩地牌車輛最多可備案1名主司機與2名副司機，方便企業靈活調配人手。
