Guangdong Port
Man Kam To Port
Wenjindu Port is located in Huangbei Subdistrict, Luohu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. It borders Liantang Port to the east, connects to Luohu Port to the west, adjoins Yanhe South Road to the north, and neighbors the Shenzhen River to the south. It also serves as the terminus of National Highway G107. Approved by the State Council in 1978, Wenjindu Port opened to international traffic as one of Shenzhen's two sole land ports prior to reform and opening-up. Connected to Hong Kong via a highway bridge, it functions as a comprehensive road port for both passenger and freight transport, specializing in the transit of fresh produce destined for Hong Kong. The passenger inspection area underwent renovation in May 2011, with operations resuming on August 26, 2013. The port features 30 vehicle inspection lanes for both inbound and outbound traffic. This includes 18 truck inspection lanes (8 inbound, 10 outbound) and 12 passenger vehicle inspection lanes (6 inbound, 6 outbound). Passenger inspection lanes comprise 18 outbound lanes (8 manual, 10 automated) and 18 inbound lanes (8 manual, 10 automated). Man Kam To Port operates under the “two places, two inspections” model, with a designed clearance capacity of 10,000 vehicle trips and 30,000 passenger trips per day. Currently, the port handles an average of over 2,000 vehicle trips and more than 4,000 passenger trips daily.
