Guangdong-Macau Port
Gongbei Port
The Gongbei Port of Entry, situated at the junction of Zhuhai's Gongbei and Macau's Guanzha, stands as China's busiest land border crossing for passenger inspections. With its long history, it has become the traditional main artery connecting Zhuhai and Macau. The port operates under the traditional “two-place, two-inspection” model, requiring travelers to complete separate entry and exit procedures on both the Zhuhai and Macau sides. The passenger inspection hall operates daily from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM the following day. Despite multiple expansions and renovations, daily passenger volume frequently exceeds 400,000 during peak periods such as holidays, underscoring its irreplaceable role as a core hub for travel between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao.
